Trial Period and Decision to Purchase Full Version
The trial period of Konnect Insights that we offer should be considered a “free look period”. During this time, we encourage you to use Konnect Insights, test it, and decide if you would like to purchase the full version. After the expiry of trial period, you will no longer be able to use Konnect Insight’s trial version. Purchase, Cancellations and Refunds Once you purchase the full version of Konnect Insights, your license to use it will be activated after your payment is cleared. Once the license is activated, no cancellations will be possible, and no refunds will be given. If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term. Termination of Services in case of Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Konnect Insights may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us. No refunds are offered, even if a plan is cancelled mid-term.

When the refunds are possible
Refund of paid amounts are possible only in below cases –
- If any duplicate or repeat payment is made by customer by error while making purchase. Such error may occur due to human error or technical issues at banking gateways. If any such repeat or duplicate payment is brought to notice of Konnect Insight’s Accounts, the refund of applicable amount shall be made after conducting appropriate due diligence. In such case, the refund shall be made through Cheque or Transfer to bank account as deemed appropriate by accounts team. Such refund shall be done within 7-10 working days of reporting such erroneous payment.
- In case Konnect Insights decides to discount the charges or services during the service period. In case any such decision is made by Konnect Insights, the decision shall be communicated to Customer and subsequent payout shall be made either through Cheque or by Bank Transfer. No time limit is being specified for executing such refunds.
